Educatia este un demers care presupune sa fii in contact cu tine ca adult, dar si cu copiii. Capacitatea de a imbina strategiile educationale cu nevoile copiilor in functie de nivelul lor de varsta, are la baza o viziune care coroboreaza aspectele mentionate. Viziunea care conduce procesul educational este suportul pe care aplicam strategii si metode adecvate sa stimulteze interesul si motivatia copiilor. Pentru a putea determina o apropiere adecvata a copiilor, acestia au nevoie sa se simta in siguranta, validati si intelesi. Sa poti intelege copilul cu nevoile si limitele lui, este necesara o trasatura – empatia. Aceasta face posibil accesul la resursele personale ale copilului si la o alianta care dinamizeaza procesul educational.

Empatia este capacitatea de a intelege si a simti emotiile si gandurile unei persoane ca si cum le-am trai noi. Empatia presupune ascultare activa, observarea semnalelor non-verbale, sensibilitate si intelegerea perspectivei celuilalt, acceptarea diversitatii si a opiniilor personale ca fiind importante.

Education is a process that involves being in touch with yourself as an adult, but also with your children. The ability to combine educational strategies with the needs of children according to their age level is based on a vision that corroborates the aspects mentioned. The vision that drives the educational process is the basis on which we apply strategies and methods suitable to stimulate children’s interest and motivation. To be able to bring about an appropriate approach to children, they need to feel safe, validated and understood. To be able to understand children with their needs and limitations, a trait is needed – empathy. This makes it possible to access the child’s personal resources and an alliance that energizes the educational process.

Empathy is the ability to understand and feel a person’s emotions and thoughts as if we were experiencing them ourselves. Empathy involves active listening, noticing non-verbal signals, being sensitive and understanding the other person’s perspective, accepting diversity and personal opinions as important.
